Try to go with a different (neutral) colored paint on the walls and have it be a color that will look connected to the green wall tile and the floor tile that you will install.

Make your own judgement, I will just keep neutral here and state my experience only)Their “Exaggerated Advertisement” which only show off the success case but never mentioned about the failed cases (which probably will be count more over the success cases)1.They promote that most of their clients(Or they like call them “”Student”) make a bout $10K to $30K per deal.

I think this is a good start but ultimately from a neighbor's perspective in a residential neighborhood I think an STR next door has to be a net positive and not just neutral.

Even with an ITIN and LLC, etc...Can discuss when we meet next week also 🙏 I think they might get around it by nominating the PM or some neutral party to be on the checking account with them.
