Drawing from international experiences, including time spent in Sweden, I value the principles of balance and neutrality, understanding the importance of harmonious coexistence within a community.

As far as colors go we always try to stay fairly neutral.

Try to go with a different (neutral) colored paint on the walls and have it be a color that will look connected to the green wall tile and the floor tile that you will install.

Appreciation potential certainly may be there but are you ok with neutral or negative cash flow?

Make your own judgement, I will just keep neutral here and state my experience only)Their “Exaggerated Advertisement” which only show off the success case but never mentioned about the failed cases (which probably will be count more over the success cases)1.They promote that most of their clients(Or they like call them “”Student”) make a bout $10K to $30K per deal.

I think this is a good start but ultimately from a neighbor's perspective in a residential neighborhood I think an STR next door has to be a net positive and not just neutral.  

I see this as a neutral, but both REITs and syndications are subject to the overall market volatility, but only one is reflecting it in a public way.

I came across the Carbon Neutral Growth Fund (https://cn.fund/)which is looking for investors.
