I just indulged myself by buying 6 acres for dirt cheap as a "present to self" with proceeds from a successful flip rather than reinvesting in a rental and we're going to build a nice homestead there so I can hug bunnies...I know exactly how you are feeling!!!

How can I indulge in this daunting world that is real estate investing?

Perhaps a gift card, dessert, or something simple.What are your thoughts?

Hey everyone,I am still new to the real estate investing game, but I have been indulging myself in it for a couple years and I feel like I have an opportunity I don’t wanna pass up.

I would co-relate it to Real Estate by saying that we should not get so indulged in pursuing the riches of this world that we get extremely attached to this life & forget that our time here is only brief.

I would make sure you 100% understand the areas rules/regulations for Section 8 before indulging.  

They have a really cool stream running through their cave and made it a focal point   Of Course when u sell your tech firm in the 80s for 1 b you can indulge.

Hey Karrie, I would recommend going to local meetup and finding someone who has experience wholesaling properties in addition to indulging in the content on bigger pockets.

It surprised us how much changing our eating out structure with friends (now we just invite them over or go out for only dessert) reduced my husband and my expenses each month.That said, if you are in a lower income bracket, I encourage you to search google "first time home buyers programs in __(insert your city of residence here)____".
