So I'm new here but me and my fiancé are dying to start buying  and flipping houses or even renting them the only problem is we need the money to start buying and flipping and we obviously don't have that and we aren't sure where to start. Any suggestions?

If you don't have the ability to save your own money to begin you do not have the discipline to be a investor. You simply can not be a investor without your own money in the game,  you must have something to invest. 95% of those wanting/starting to get into real estate investing fail and this is probably the number one reason for that.

Take the time to learn investing, finances and real estate while curtailing your expenses and living a more frugal life style. Clear all your debt while saving the cash you need for your down payment, closing costs and reserve funds. Once you have the education and the cash you will be ready to begin.

There is no free ride to investing.
