Vacasa, Turnkey & iTrip are all of about equal size, only Vacasa & Turnkey operate like big companies while iTrip is a franchise model.

Own a semi passive franchise or 10.

In general, the larger franchises are going to charge more for dues.

Michael,  I used to work deals in Covina, CA for a large auto franchise brand.  

Specifically, how close is it to major commuter roads, what are the ratings of the schools in the area, what new businesses are expanding or moving into the area, have any new franchises recently opened within a 2 miles radius of the neighborhood, and what is the crime?  

Definitely no growth, but the franchise is one of the largest in the world that is the stand alone tenant.

But remax, KW, etc. are all locally owned franchises with local broker owners.

The bubble burst, our franchise went bust 3 weeks prior to us opening, we lost all corporate advertising and tried to make it on our own.

This morning I went out and interviewed with 2 franchise brokerages (whose branches are privately owned as most of you may well know).
