How are multi-state brokerages, like RE/Max or Redfin, organized?
I'm wondering how multi-state brokerages work. For instance, I'm assuming Redfin is a brokerage in all 50 states. Does that simply mean they employ managing brokers in all 50 states? Or is there something special about their corporate entity?
Thanks!
