Did you hire a direct mail company, yellow letter company, compose/send them yourself?

I am composing a business plan and want to add some statistics on number of houses sold, sales prices, etc...

Most of our portfolio is composed of condos and we are mostly happy with them.

Neither of them.. perhaps a good realtor who knows the local area and knows the true value of the house so you can compose your offer accordingly.. 

You don't indicate what or who your "group" is composed of or even what kind of group it is, so the question exists in a vacuum.
