HUD keeping earnest money after inspection no good?
Has anyone got advice on getting your earnest money back from HUD, what letter format did you use. The inspection has more wring than financing can cover. Any advice would be helpful Thank you'.

EM is Not refundable as an investor on HUD properties. You either close, or you lose the EM, period, no matter what you find.
