Bought it at an auction, property was owned by the statem paid $27,000. 

Off list properties not at the tax auctions.  

@Yixiong Pan HOA liens can be tricky, sometimes HOA will post liens at time before foreclosure, which isn't at time of tax auction.

What are the scenarios that can happen with this second auction?

Sadly, it’s sat on the market too long and I’m looking to get creative with bringing the attention of many buyers looking for a good deal on a property (online auction or something else with tons of attention??)
