How can I network with a ton of buyers fast?

I have a rental property. I’m looking to partways with it and sell for a smart price. Sadly, it’s sat on the market too long and I’m looking to get creative with bringing the attention of many buyers looking for a good deal on a property (online auction or something else with tons of attention??)

I want to sell fast. Any suggestions? Anyone know any buyers??
