CRS and ALE Solutions are some of the bigger players and have that option. 

I would definitely be calling Airbnb on that for sure.I brought up a recent bad experience with some NFL players lighting off fireworks and setting the house and their car on fire and then blaming it on the neighbors even though we have a ring doorbell there (+ neighbors ring doorbells!).

An NFL player that weighs 200lbs is at a different fitness level than the investment agent in Reno, NV. 

From what I see on my deals is a lot of different names so the deals are spread out between a lot of smaller players .

The writing on the wall tells us Airbnb will be the biggest player in this space very soon (if they aren't already), and I want a good presence on there, with great reviews and Superhost status.Just my take.

Stay away from Evolve, Vacasa and the other large players.

I will throw DJT back in the 80's with his version of junk bonds, I mean syndications (as they are now called for the smaller players).
