Look for an area near a national park, a large attraction (Disneyland, Dollywood, etc.), or something that attracts people on vacation.

Does anyone here have an AirBnB near Disneyland (Anaheim, CA) or have any info on any restrictions?

I mean unless your STR is near Disneyland, lego land, somewhere else where most of your tenants are brining children and you want a marketing edge but don't mind replacing a bunch of games, consoles, and controllers.

My oldest biological son just graduated from Azusa Pacific University (a Christian college in the LA area of California) with a Bachelors degree in Theatre Arts and starts his internship at Disneyland in August.

Its like the freeways you take to get to Disneyland (the end goal)..
