First investment property
Hey my wife and i are looking to buy our first investment property. we don't have a big budget, we don't want to go over $150k.
we are also think in bying land.
1- What is a good entry market to jump into?
2-is it a good idea to start with buying properties that are ot in the state we live in?
any advice would be appreciated. thanks you guys in advance.

You can certainly buy in and around Philadelphia at that price point if thats your goal. I would personally steer you away from buying land. Happy to talk in more detail if buying in Philadelphia becomes your choice.
