Our beloved city for investment!

We're finally doing some heavy lifting at this property so I'll post some fresh pics as we complete the renovations.The attached privy, as beloved as it has become, did not survive the renovation plan.

When a tenant's beloved cat died and he didn't know what to do, we drove him (with his cat in his arms) to the Humane Society for help. 

Well the wonderful state of Texas appears to once again be taking care of its beloved veterans by offering exemption from certain filing fees and franchise fees.

We bought the ranch next door many years ago when our beloved neighbors both passed within 6 months of each other.
