Better Pockets Newbie Analyzing deals for 2019

Hi Better Pockets Folks,

My name is Ryan and I am new to Real estate investing and am analyzing some potential duplex real estate investments for 2019 ( this is my goal for the year) and I could use some advice with analyzing these investments against each other using the Rental Property Calculator. If any one is open to having a conversation I would be love to network and learn with you all.

I love the Better Pockets platform and being able to reach out to smart people like yourselves is an invaluable tool. I look forward to connecting here and please feel free to follow me and I'll return the connection.

Happy investing!

Best,

Ryan T
