In May/June we get weddings (in nearby barns.graduations - lots of colleges within 45 minutes of the house.  

I had a really sweet 27 lot deal going plus it had 600k of timber on it... seller was a local doc very smart.So we were paying basically full price.. city wanted full engineering done just to get pre plat approval.. ( not usual in other venues) of course neighbors pitched a fit...

This methodology results in days like today where Freddie notes "falling rates" because Mon-Wed of this week were generally better than Mon-Wed last week.

Today (Wed) they got a hold of one of them and he wants to make arrangements to come get the stuff and clean it up.In my opinion, they had their chance.

We have a nice barn at our farm that we've used for a couple of family/friend weddings & parties.  

@Eduardo Suarez One of the biggest (along with BREIA on the first Wednesday of every month) is DREIA, which is this Wed at Miami Shores County Club.  

I had people from all over, but mostly people in towns with a family for wedding.

The catch is that I'm partnering with my best friend (fraternity brother, best man at each others weddings , I trust him with my life) who has some background in REI.

As you can see my schedule is pretty full with school, work, looking for a house, and planning a wedding.
