Almost Skipped My Intro! New Realtor/ future investor from Miami

Hey BP community, my name is Ed, just signed up yesterday and read through a lot of these forums. I must say, I'm hooked already. Also, I'm a Realtor in Miami, Florida. I just hung my license with Keller Williams about a month ago. I quit my old (crappy) job to do something worth the work. I'm working on putting myself out there to gather leads (the one thing Realtors live off of). So, I will definitely be asking a lot questions on all the methods used by Realtors for generating leads efficiently.
