@William Byrd welcome to RE its totally different than aviation..in aviation by and large you need a certain amount of money to do it.. and a certain amount of acumen. in RE the bar for entry is below low... so just tread carefully.. many many good folks and just as many bad folks.Carolina's are nice markets I am investing in Charleston my self its really cool there.

My advice is to just tread lightly if you do not have a good rapport with them as they could retaliate and stay in your unit and take advantage of the COVID environment.
