I thought this would be a great place to connect with investors not just my local area but also nationwide.Unlike many people who chose real estate investing as a vehicle for financial freedom, real estate (CRE to be specific) is truly my passion and I really enjoy the journey and the learning process.

Since then I've started, operated and managed 6 different businesses.Over the last 2 years I've re-ignited my long time passion for real estate and am now in a position to do something about it.

I am opening their first branch in the Twin Cities area; however, my true passion is to learn the industry and start investing myself.I'm definitely not a paid spokesman for BiggerPockets, but this site has been terrific.

On the flip side- I worry that if I do the work myself it will take a much longer time plus I’m not that passionate about doing the repairs when I know my time would be better spent working on other aspects of building this business for myself.

My biggest passion is leading and developing people to complete projects or motivating them to increase the bottom line.

@Patricia Velez ...Reading and networking is def a start in the right direction..You can find creative ways to get started, but it will take some WORK....Keep an open mind and don't let money keep you from RE if you're passionate about it!!

you really need to have a passion for it and be turning a profit to make it worth the hassle and worry it is causing you.

But our long term aim is to own a string of properties that can bring us a steady income so that we can focus on things we are passionate about.
