On the flip side- I worry that if I do the work myself it will take a much longer time plus I’m not that passionate about doing the repairs when I know my time would be better spent working on other aspects of building this business for myself.

@Patricia Velez ...Reading and networking is def a start in the right direction..You can find creative ways to get started, but it will take some WORK....Keep an open mind and don't let money keep you from RE if you're passionate about it!!
