Mother in law.

I'm 25 years old and I work full time as a speech-language pathologist at a skilled nursing facility.

Kids playing, mothers pushing strollers, mowed lawns, cul-de-sacs, off major roads, little traffic (so kids can play outside), good school district, walking distance or a short drive to shopping.

Got introduced to investing by my family, my mother's side of the family have been investing, from China to Texas.

If you can honestly say you could put a a single mother and infant on the street in the dead of winter for non payment of rent I may be wrong.

I have worked in Nursing and restaurants for years and never have I studied so much or tried so hard at anything.
