Hi, my name is Heather. I'm 25 years old and I work full time as a speech-language pathologist at a skilled nursing facility. I have just started researching different ways to invest in real estate and I'm most interested in purchasing a single family home to live in for a year and then rent out.  I look forward to this educational journey.
