So if you were living on Arkansas I would be contacting you ASAP to see if there would be a fit.

Should be easy to do this with a proper paper stock and knowledge to create a cool mail piece. 3D pieces sound awesome, in fact I have been into AR a lot myself, as it is bleeding quickly into marketing and print pieces these days. 

I am interested in out of state deals such as arkansas or texas, but would prefer local in the southern California area.

I went to college in Arkansas on a Basketball scholarship and came back to South Florida after graduating.

You should be able to pull reports:- statements- A/R reports - returned checks are not trouble - that is tenant's who are the troublemaker. 

I'm a R/E agent and I know from experience that it can take up to 3 months, or more to sell a property unless you list it well below market value.

I currently own two SFHs in Florida and am looking to learn more about multi-family properties and would consider properties located in Florida, Arizona, or Arkansas.
