New to Flipping houses-motivated

Hello, I am semi retired I still need income and flipping houses sounds good to me.

I spent 30plus years in the Home Improvement Business I saw some people profit from rentals and I saw people lose money.

So I am looking foward to invest with I bring my knowledge of houses from the foundation to the roof and I am not afraid to put the work in. I am not sure this is the right site for that but lets see? Thanks from Jim
