I just cant do this for moral reasons.. and I know I am in the minority here. as most would what does it matter.. but to me it matters.. this is a single older lady and this is her one asset..

The moral...give them a reasonto talk to you and you can say whatever you want.

@Garrett F Anderson I’m not a lawyer and whoever is in the predicament should consult proper legal council.

Our cabins were either purchased prior to the significant increase in prices recently or new construction where we had some market advantages and our cost was lower than typical.I agree with Tim completely when he said "...the moral of the story is make sure you have a SOLID cash flow and can ride it out".

I have everything it takes to be Successful and I will do whatever I have to as long as it is Moral and Ethical to Financial freedom. 

Hi Michael,Thanks for your sharing your story, I think the predicament you're in is not atypical and that's the spark that's needed to really dive in and change your financial story.

Moral of the story lots of options to get money... just focus on getting the right house.
