Does direct mail work in Allentown, PA?

I just sent out my first direct mail campaign to Allentown PA. I did receive calls, but most of the calls I would deem unqualified due to the home owners price expectations, equity, etc...

Has anyone ran a successful direct mail campaign in Allentown, PA? Any tips you'll can share if so? For those of you, outside of Allentown, any tips around running a successful direct mail campaign in this kind of demographic?

@Manuel Salce I did roughly the same and, so far, received similar results. I am actively taking the advice  @Ehsan Rishat provided and I am continuing to reach out until the right deal(s) come along. I'd love to follow your progress as well.

Best of luck,
