So not a perfect system but it's the best available given what we have to work with using Cleveland division of water & adhering to the ORC.If a tenant comes in to the office & only has $800 you have the staff decline any partial payments & instruct the tenant to pay rent in full or be evicted.

I only took phone calls from those who had my cell phone number, I didn't really take calls until 10:30 or 11:00 am, my wife took calls, I had an answering service and later had staff.

I have other posts that was I regards to investing into a house that my coworker would sell to me and I would have the place setup and staged for renting it out for a hospital in relationship to allowing any and all staff that are traveling through to be allowed to stay there at " my place", which is how I'll refer to this house....I expended my options to trying to qualify for a loan the conventional way and even a fha loan for his asking price of 200k was or of my reach on my own.

You will get what you pay for to some extent, the lowest is not always such a great deal nor the highest the best.More questions I would ask: who owns the pictures for online advertising, how large of a staff do they have, is there 24hour/weekend service, who owns the reviews, etc.
