Question for Large Apartment Complex Owners in Louisiana

I'm looking for owners who might allow me and a staff member I have to observe their operation to learn. If any owner is a Homeless Provider with a government Per Diem Program in place. Section 8 or 811 through HUD or any capital Grants from the government, I would like to spend some time observing your operation to Learn.

I operate 36 low income housing units and we are expanding so, I'm a bit over worked and wearing to many hats.  A staff member and I will even work for free for the experience.
