The one thing ive learned in my short time of real estate investing is look at the bigger picture and from multiple angles.

I also believe it is super important to see the complete picture instead of basing a decision on one factor.

If you are, together with the fact that you execute trades and maintain accounts for your customers you're a broker.You market to the least sophisticated, smallest investors out there.

Retail customers who don't do their research end up in your situation with any appliance.

Without diving deep on numbers, places like Wisconsin Dells and surrounding areas, Munising, MI for Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, anything near Mackinaw Island - Cheboygan and Saint Ignace, lake towns near Boyne/Boyne Mountain to get some summer and winter traffic, maybe something near Arcadia Bluffs that sleeps 10-12 to host larger groups coming on a golf trip. 

In my prior life, I was responsible for customer success for large healthcare systems.

They were having trouble with their third party payment service before the current crisis but I wonder if the problems they are having now has something to do with them not handling customer payments properly (not putting in a sort of escrow account).
