Most cities do an actual reading for a final bill.... in any event $150 is a small price for a lesson like this, in case you have other property in this city or you buy there again.

So the kids can paly with them and shoot them off and you get tagged at inspection time, pay a fine and get to recharge or replace them if they stoled them.Don't know, but maybe you'll be required to have a handicap parking space at the 8 plex with 7 spaces left for your tenants.

In both cases, they allowed me to make a final "highest & best" offer, but they would not make a counter-offer stating their reserve.

Most likely she will reconsider the listing as this is $$ out of her pocket.It is common practice for Realtors to give you this song and dance full well knowing that they don't have a buyer and won't sell it themselves.She is walking a fine line saying she will show it more often if it were her listing.

Thanks shawn also thought about bandit signs but I really don''t feel like making them and then worrying about getting a fine and all that would rather stick to just direct mail to absentee owners, although I am tempted to look into probate so if i have free time I may try to fit that into my direct mail as well..
