Thanks Zach,I thought our areas with humidity were probably safer for bamboo than some other parts of the country since they warn that if humidity is too low you need to artificially add humidity to the room with bamboo.

In the least, a believer in being fully informed in any venture, I just want to make intelligent decisions in real estate.

In almost every case, I recommend to clients that the "stock up" on the super-cheap cash available today from lenders with these artificially low interest rates.

In contrast, a note started in 2009-2011 is perfect as the market was depressed down after the bubble burst and values were not artificially and manipulatively inflated, thus I am more comfortable with the valuation at the time.Today's value of course takes precedence, so make sure you have the ability to evaluate true market value.

Communicate intelligently that you have a realistic comprehension of the exit strategies and what is required to get there.

My first step into the world of investing was reading a book called “The Intelligent Investor” aka the bible for investing.

I believe this is artificially inflated by the activities of hedge funds.

I'd not like putting my tenant having to agree to exposing themselves to marketing ploys from information gathered, the corporate intelligence business. :)
