Hi BP, a friend of mine is in need of an expert witness to testify in an upcoming fraud case involving flipping houses (it will be a few months from now).

So far everyone I know has heard of them but no one has witnessed one that actually closed.

In essence what you are witnessing is a 'reserve price auction' where the bank says, we will only let someone else have it if we get what we are owed.So the property goes to auction.  

Post it on their door with pictures, have a witness with you and in the pictures along with the date, in case you need to evict you have proof you tried everything, you have the receipt for sending certified and that, the only thing left is to see if the police would be willing to deliver it, may be a fee from them to do that if they are willing too.

Why was it that you left that job, remember you are under oath, remember, we do have your last supervisor listed as a witness.  

I recommend you use a facility with security cameras and maybe bring a witness with you for safety.If Tenant does not claim the items, you can keep them, sell them, or donate them.
