I like the idea that Kim brings up about doing destination Airbnb targeted at hunters if it would have others who frequent the area outside of hunting season. 

At some point in the future if variance is more common, perhaps they will check more frequently, but I don't think that day is today.I think a price reduction is in your near future.

Personally, I drive by my properties frequently.

Also, they frequently keep their commission when a host refunds the guest, so guest is out the commission amount.

My family is all over the east coast so I get back there frequently.

If you frequently do owner/agent deals do you run into issues with the counter party where they want a better deal because they know you are saving money on commission or due a commission (buy side)?
