James doesn't deserve 'member of the week' He doesn't shower for weeks on end, his teeth is about to fall out I hear he has an obsession for soaking his feet in strawberry juice for at least an hour a day.

I did it once but it was like pulling teeth to get the full deposit paid.

It was only through our attorney pulling teeth with the seller's atty did we get all the information.I'd be interested to hear anyone's thoughts on this.Sorry to be so long winded or confusing.

I am not saying that is in fact the case with the OP but there is a lot of value to be had when cutting your teeth on a shoe string budget.

That said, if you feel you are inexperienced, you may be better suited with OPM (Hard Money) as you cut your teeth.  

They say hi, kids show me their new teeth, they tip me sometimes when on service calls.  

If they got that far behind, they told you stories, you believed those stories and now they are telling you more stories (that they are going to pay) You need something with a bit more teeth to it than a piece of paper they've signed.
