I had one builder doing three builds for me.

Three years ago, occupancies were hitting 95%. 

I spoke to a local lawyer who mentioned keeping all documents together instead of seperated, as being sufficient enough to cover all legal issues.

Three big things come to mind:Then: Negotiate hard on everything, especially with contractors. 

However, these factors alone may not be sufficient legal grounds to terminate the lease unilaterally.

Put in a decent quality three or four bulb light in larger rooms and two bulb in smaller office/bedrooms.Think about the math, if you have 10 rentals with ceiling fans in all the living rooms and bedrooms. 

My three pieces of advice:(i) Source of Life liquid vitamins (on Amazon.com)(ii) Rowing machine (see velocity fitness rower, also on Amazon) -- can get a good work out in only 30 minutes and doesn't take up too much space (albeit more than an exercise bike)(iii) Juicing (with less fruit juice) every day

Then you have three kitchens and at least 3 bathrooms, which kitchens will likely be 10k+ (nice finishes will likely be 20k+, each) and bathrooms are going to be 8k each.

My wife and I purchased three 2BR/2BA condos in Branson since last November and are considering another one.
