Why not get the best deals on the properties, let the bank initially pay for it and keep the initial seed dollars for the repairs, taxes, insurance, etc. ?

lets say we are conservative and you are getting .55% and its $4,000 per month.. all you now have is taxes and insurance and the rest is yours as well as having the asset free and clearPeople make a decision on buying a property at today numbers when they tell me its not for today but for the future.. why worry what its doing today..worry what it will be when you will need it.. its like planting a bunch of seeds to grow a forest.. it takes time to mature and evolve.. same with real estate..so to say your not making money I do not agree, you may not be making money right now.But if you dont need it now think if this property aligns with your future goals.. if it does keep it.
