Hello my name is Shereef and I'm new to real estate investment. I have a baby on the way and I wanna make sure her future is secure! I don't know much and I'm a spounge out of water but I'm ready to soak up some knowledge and put it to GOOD use. I would particularly like to know about becoming a landlord and flipping house and how to do it.
