Hello BP members!! My name is CJ, and I am currently an active duty member of the U.S. Army. I am stationed in the Fort Bragg, NC area and currently own a house within Moore County.

I'll be here for a few more years, before heading back to WA and would like to meet some fellow investors that I can learn from. I am interested in fix and flip or rental properties. I'm not sure if I would prefer SFH over a multi family, as I have no experience in either. But I do want to reach a state of financial freedom for my family.

My G-mother was a real estate agent and owned a property management company growing up so I witnessed some of the process from each side. I was a teenager so of course I had other interests at the time, and now I'm wishing I would have been more involved.

They are now retired, with multiple properties, mainly multi family units and have a steady income from the properties I worked on in my teenage years.

I am interesting in learning this whole process and want to reach some financial freedom and be able to build passive income while spending time with my family, traveling and enjoying life after being gone for so many years with deployments and training.

I look forward to meeting everyone here, in my local area or from afar, and learning as much as I can in the process
