I am new in the business and I am a Director in Manhattan by day, but Real Estate is my Passion.

You are like me in that the thing that is your true passion is not something you're going to make a living at.

The ROI just doesn't make sense.I have thought about partnering with other investors and mobile homes in attempt to find a positive cash flow property.You are right though, you must have the passion for REI.

I do have a passion for this business and I'm really looking to get a solid head start with the least self-imposed mistakes I can make.

I strive to learn something new everyday for this new passion, and I believe that I can learn something from every single investor who participates in this forum.

I have the know how and the passion but I feel like I'm stuck.

and im 18.and I posting this on a realestate investing forum..because REI is my passion and I'd like the opinion of people who are into realestate!

It's hard starting out with little capitol and experience, but I've got tons of passion and I'm gaining knowledge every day.

Both can work but you are better off picking one that lines up with your passion.
