Hello all,

I just wanted to introduce myself and my mission with the Biggerpockets forum.

My name is Paul Cordero, and I have been in the mortgage industry for just over 1 year now. I work for Royal Financial, a Broker in Scottsdale, AZ, and we are licensed in several states. We specialize in Residential, Commercial, and Hard Money Loans. I have the most experience with residential mortgage, and I would be willing to help any new investor find financing options.

I am personally interested in real estate investments and my goal is to become wealthy through real estate. Most wanna-be investors like myself don't have the capital to get started, so I chose to go to work for an investor and learn as much as possible, wile making some extra money. I sell cash flowing properties and other real estate investments for Equity Investments and Education.

My goal for this forum is merely to network. I hope to generate new contacts for investement ideas as well as new business for my portfolio. I strive to learn something new everyday for this new passion, and I believe that I can learn something from every single investor who participates in this forum.
