I request for the to check again and they said they would comply. 2nd plumber comes. this guys says oh yeah you have a popped water expansion tanks on both sides of your units, the PRV valves are old and need to be fixed, and also her toilet seal is weak and could also let gallons seep through randomly.

Alex, if you need an excuse to get out of the house so that you don't have to watch the Soap channel, and if the seminar is less than eight miles away and your vehicle gets 30+ miles to the gallon, it might be worthwhile to attend a guru seminar.

Another remedy that I read about was using commercial grade vinegar 15% , it is acidic and will kill the bamboo , but it cost $ 600 per 55 gallons .

I am currently amending my leases for this as I just had an inherited tenant forget to put the drain hose from his portable washer into the tub and had been “sleeping” and ran the whole cycle while gallons and gallons of water flooded a downstairs unit.
