Hi Kathryn,I'd go with a muted olive-grey green, about the hue of the lighter green in the pattern, but a bit darker.

If you're bold, play tenant one weekend and go look a rentals in the same area. 

It says in bold "This is not a listing contract".

You will get a little snippet of the thread, with your keyword in bold. 

I think this business requires us to be bold and not afraid! 

My next move may be bold, and many may say farfetched... but my girlfriend currently lives in pensacola fl. and i would like to make my way down there sooner than later. how would you guys suggest getting geared up and ready to do so?

I don't think I'm bold enough to move first without a steady job, though my ultimate goal would be to replace my salary in (hopefully, please, maybe) a decade through rentals.
