Second, having property management in place for the entire community promotes a cohesive management for the property - think booking, setting rates, solving issues, etc.

Fannie and Freddie are not in the business of financing other businesses the goal is to promote home ownership.

At work I have been promoted and gotten myself a new job that pays over 50% more than my entry level pay, my rentals net cash flow nearly double figures per month, and real estate has allowed me to purchase my own little sports bar.

I don't promote that for anyone. 

I have no affiliation from a promoting standpoint with any of the people that i mentioned before.

Lots of people come in town to see their Marines graduate, retire, get promoted, etc..

I see a lot of people who think the only way to increase their marketable skills and requisite knowledge to pursue a passion or get a promotion is to go back to school. 

In fact I make more money that way than flipping houses....Actually I think the mods won't be happy if I say what I do because they will burn me on "self promoting".So.. let me try talking in code.I was good at ranking my site #1.

Basically it looks like the same type of fluff promotion that other tax lien promoters push.
