There are pockets of good areas, east of 95 freeway near Summerlin 450-550k, Spring Valley near Chinatown 450-500k, and behind MGM casino off Maryland/Tropicana (350-400k). 

You would have better odd's going to a casino and putting everything you have on black at the roulette table than you do of having a good outcome of a rental property bought via HML. 

The ostrich will not be concerned about protecting your interest.I boast in the fact that I'm always accessible and really have a short fuse for individuals that take days to return calls and messages.

Everything from city of NLV, Clark county government buildings, the friggin DMV, a few casinos, the outlet malls, the university, the hospital, most hotels, and the movie theater. 

Not boasting, but it's a complex field and hard to figure out on your own.

So much money is going to flow into the area, and all the existing nearby buildings with the exception of the new Hollywood Park Casino need to get either renovated or torn-down and rebuilt. 

in a nut shell any business in the Zone if they rebuilt new construction or facility got to write off 50% year one.. so you saw hotels casinos  car dealers  medical plazas shopping centers.. 

I live on the west side of town and all you see are several new construction large apartment projects being built up in the last 8 months. 2 large new construction apartment sites along 215 near Sunset, another new at near Red Rock Casino, and a couple off Tropicana & 215.  

However, he had promised to set us up with custom MLS searches with our criteria and even after a few calls and texts he hasn't been able to deliver.Another realtor had sent me a flyer with snail-mail boasting that he was Chicagoland's #1 multiunit broker.
