Ha, yup, brutal honesty is best.Although, both of those sites could use a makeover/upgrade, especially Chandler Reports, it's currently allowing for insecure logins.A part of me wonders if building a similar, smaller tool (more focussed reporting) for next to nothing to use....might be worth it, as it would connect me with many investors.

Sheetrock repair and painting.I called myself Ha Ha  and fixed it ( about 30 hours ).From a owners point of view, your rent won't even change or maybe $25 .I would wait 3-10 years so that you can do more of a full update .Then you have more options to get other items done,  Let your tenant payyour mortgage and then do it with a more update with everything.

@David Pham in general if I have a question about the voucher, I email the listed caseworker or whoever the applicant tells me their caseworker is (if it’s not listed- it usually is of course).Caseworker emails are listed on the HA websites.I have seen some vouchers lacking info probably due to caseworker oversight, yes.

It took 7 full months but I finally came across a deal that I could tackle, or thought I could at least, ha.

My current investing portfolio includes a Tiny House rental through Airbnb (https://airbnb.com/h/tiniest-h...), a duplex owned with partners and a rotating inventory of vacant land to build up cash to invest.
