Hello BP Community,

I am writing my first post on the forum but have been listening to the podcast, reading the forum and investing for the past 5 years. I have planned to engage more with the real estate investing community and grow my network in 2021 and think BP is a great way to do it.

My current investing portfolio includes a Tiny House rental through Airbnb (https://airbnb.com/h/tiniest-h...), a duplex owned with partners and a rotating inventory of vacant land to build up cash to invest. I am primarily focused in the Raleigh/Durham area for investing but have recently been buying and selling vacant land in the western part of NC.
