Hello my neighbor Josh, I live in Belmont :) There are a ton of hidden gems in this area. 

For me I can find some hidden gems through the mls and I have gotten a few deals from networking as well.  

Conroe, TXFranklin, TNBuckeye, TXFort Worth, TXAustin, TXI'm in the early stages so I have plenty of my own digging to do but wanted to see if anyone had any insider knowledge as far as any of these being hidden gems or no-go cities for some reason I haven't seen yet.Thanks in advance!

Very similar, NKY is overshadowed by Cincinnati so it almost like a hidden gem.
