You will see names of properties for marketing for STRs...if it is, I would not spend to much time or stress coming up with a name and focus on pics and decor of the property.

I didn't have to hire an interior decorator or a professional photographer, I didn't have to make bedrooms look different from each other, I didn't need a hot tub, or pool table, or arcade machines. 

@Ross Alcorn, I rented out my primary residence for over five years, hired an interior designer for professional decoration, and changed furniture to make it more attractive for STR. 

We posted work in progress photos, and Pinterest photos of furniture and decor, and were able to land 20k or so in bookings before the professional pics.

You don't have to decorate the place to please a bunch of women/wives. 

Usually they are a ten year contract, but for 50% they take care of everything, and will usually pay something up front to "decorate" or set up the laundry area...$1000 or more.

Something you may want to consider in the future: all of our homes with fireplaces are listed and considered as "non-working, for decoration only", despite the fact that virtually of them do work.
