Been thinking about different names to call my new investment in North Georgia. I have came up with some names but don't know if they sound good or not. My question is does the name really matter that much or should it be something that needs to stand out to people? Been struggling with this for a little while now.

Many tenants sort by price when they search, so price, location, schools, proximity to the location of their work is what matters the most
