Best flooring for best price - rental
I'm doing my first BRRRR and need advice on flooring material for a 1600 sq/ft ranch that has a crawl space. 1971 home assume the floors are not perfectly level. The Cortec is attractive but concerned about warping, buckling and the $2.99 price tag ($5k for the whole house) Luckily the bathroom floors are tiled and they are in decent shape. So just the 4 bedrooms and kitchen/living room.
Doe anyone have suggestions on the best floor type to lay and how to get a good deal?
