I think changing from a “don’t rock the boat, keep rents stable for ‘good tenants’ ” mindset to a Vacancies aren’t the worst thing on the planet mindset as paid off in spades.

I made most of my mistakes in the first handful of deals I did because "I didn't know what I didn't know".

The fact that she came back saying you were racist rather than something like 'oh no I put down my email address by mistake'-which I can see happening, says something. 

I am a nurse by trade and have been reading books and consuming a lot of media about investing, but am wondering if a coach could help me find better deals and avoid preventable mistakes.

Too many RE gurus are telling people to overleverage themselves into the worst housing market (and potentially economy) in decades.

Another one might be I want to risk less money on the first deal even if investing out of state is more difficult and I need landlord friendly laws so my mistakes are less expensive.

Many people started flipping and made money only because the value of properties went up enough to cover their mistakes.

Additionally the CRM has to be one of the buggiest pieces of software with the absolute worst support Ive seen in my adult life, so I wont name them here.
