This is not a regulated industry, so anybody can be a wholesaler.

Where I worked (in California) it was a $30k fine to do it yourself....Make sure you guys check with your local regulations.

I don't know of a city that regulates against MTRs.

So, I would be double checking with city even if it means numerous phone calls!

Hi Ankur, I'd monitor the progress of SB-280 which should override local regulations with a state-wide airbnb registration system.

Probably less or no regulation in a place like that, but always good to check with the city and also good search for the city to see if there are any proposed regulations or dissention in the city. 

As with any other large renovation there were numerous challenges and lessons.

I ammessaging here because the Bookstore tech support has been a complete waste of time.After many emails back and forth, numerous times, numerous days and weeks, with supportgiving me the same canned responses, I eventually gave up and asked for them tocancel my account and refund my money and they just ignored me.
